I loved the amazing Spanish-inspired menu, especially the chicken meatballs and churros! The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the pool was a perfect relaxation spot.

the staff were super friendly and made our stay feel really special. the room was clean n comfy. We had a nice little surprise for my son's birthday. breakfast in the morning was early and a perfect start to the day. location was great, close to everything fun we wanted to do. overall, had a good time!
the room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was tiny. also, the tidies in the room were kinda hard.

Foodie heaven with a twist!
Had an awesome time enjoying the new Spanish menu. The food was on point! Chicken meatballs and churros were the highlights. OMG, the vibe was chill, especially the bar area. Only thing is, it's a bit uphill to get to the city center, but totally worth it for the grub.

missingWrote a review on Nov 30comfortable bedfriendly staffdamaged furnishingstraffic noiselack of loyalty recognition
Friendly reception staff greeted upon arrival, but no recognition of loyalty status was disappointing. The room was simplistic and clean. however, a large crack in the ceiling and damaged furnishings detracted from the experience. For a good night’s sleep, the comfortable bed was a plus, although traffic noise was an issue in the early morning hours. Breakfast facilities were not utilized during my stay.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, featuring a wide variety of options that remained fresh and hot even close to closing time at 9:30, and the very helpful staff who assisted with luggage storage made our stay enjoyable.
All was good.

Exceptional Stay with Scenic Views
I had a wonderful time enjoying the canal views from my room and the superb breakfast options that included made-to-order omelettes. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing excellent service and even extending my checkout time for my late flight. The only downside was the parking situation, as it can be a bit pricey, but the convenience of nearby dining made up for it.

The hotel offers a unique in-house food delivery service from local restaurants.
Our room had a centrally controlled thermostat, leaving it too cold for comfort.

The staff were welcoming, especially Nisha at reception, who made check-in smooth. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable environment. The soundproof windows allowed for fresh air, making my stay more enjoyable.
Some amenities like room service were limited.

The Deluxe room was spacious and clean, making for a comfy stay. Loved the modern decor, and the bed was super comfortable, which helped with a great night's sleep. Just wish there were a few more tea sachets and maybe some biscuits for that extra touch. The room was pretty quiet too, allowing us to relax without much distraction.

The Italian coffee here is a real gem—sharp bursts of flavor that'll perk you right up! The dining scene nearby is buzzing, with cheeky spots like Zizzi and Turtle Bay just a hop away. Plus, the modern decor in our room was spot on, making it a pleasing base for our adventures.
But mate, the room temp was locked tighter than a vault—every day, a call to reception! And don’t even get me started on that fire drill chaos. folks were panicking like it was real, and our brekkie got cut short. A heads-up would’ve been nice, no?

The location shines, right in the thick of vibrant eateries and close to New Street train station. The modern design, decked out in sleek black and grey tones, creates an easy-going vibe that appeals to the urban crowd.
The lack of room service is a bummer. it was advertised but not available. The fridge hummed loudly enough to disrupt sleep, and I found the glazed windows didn’t do much to keep out street noise—car alarms felt like they were right next to me. The bathroom amenities were a bit questionable, with tissues reminiscent of old school restrooms. I noticed some wear and tear. towels had holes and a rusty bathroom trolley didn’t scream luxury. I faced an early morning wake-up call thanks to noise from cleaning next door—walls could use better soundproofing. For a hotel in this class, I expected more attention to these details.

The hotel had a lovely modern decor that felt very inviting and was easy to navigate, making it perfect for my elderly mother. The graceful touches around the lobby truly made us feel welcome and at ease.
A more flexible thermostat would improve comfort.
